I find it helps to yell "Miss! Miss-it!!" everytime your opponent tosses the ball up to serve. I suggest you try this tactic vs. Serena.

Also, may I suggest running quickly in small circles, in between points, while flapping your arms and yelping. This too can be an effective distraction. Just a few ideas, sweetie.
