The women’s part of the Australian open came to a close last night with a tough three-set battle. It was over two hours long and had some great points. Serena was a deserving winner but Justine has put in an incredible effort reaching two finals in her first two events back. Read more

My break is over and Dave and I had our first hit after a couple of days off. It was good to not pick up a racquet and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Aussie Open. This would have to be my favourite Grand Slam – there is nothing like playing at home and I love that Australia Day is always during the Aussie Open. Read more
